GRI: Graduate, REALTORŪ Institute 

 
The REALTORŪ Institute is often considered the foundation of all continuing real estate education.  The GRI designation is earned by successfully completing the 100, 200, and 300 level courses which are designed by the Washington Association of REALTORSŪ and accredited by the National Association of REALTORSŪ.  GRI designees complete a total of 90 hours, and the GRI designation is a nationally-recognized symbol of achievement. 

 

With a newly revised curriculum, the GRI program is a series of three challenging courses designed to provide comprehensive, up-to-date education at the beginning, intermediate and advanced levels.
