From Spokane:

Follow SR 395 north past Kettle Falls, cross Lake Roosevelt, take an immediate left turn (west) onto SR 20.  Continue on SR 20 about 40 miles over Sherman Pass, (ignore the sign to turn north on SR 21 even though it says "Curlew Lake"), stay on SR 20, continue 3 miles into and through Republic to the "T" - follow directions from the "T" below.

 From Tonasket:

Follow SR 20 East 40 miles to the stop sign at Republic (ignore any right turn signs).  Turn left, go 2 blocks to the "T" - follow directions from the "T" below.

 Coming from the south on SR 21 from the Keller Ferry:

(Note:  Ferry hours:  6 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.)

Wilbur, WA is on SR 2.  Follow the signs From Wilbur to the state-operated Keller Ferry.  After getting off the ferry, continue 50 miles north on SR 21 to the stop sign at Republic.  This is the junction of SR 21 and SR 20. 2006 RATES

RENTAL UNIT INFORMATION AND POLICIES:

 

        Check-In:  After 3:00 p.m.      -     Check-Out:  By 11:00 a.m.

        All cabins, duplexes and studio apartments are carpeted, have electric heat and are furnished with fully-equipped kitchens and bed linens.  (NOTE:  The local TV translator is no longer in operation therefore TV’s are available at office for use with VCR’s.  VCR’s are not provided – bring your own or rent movies and VCR’s at the resort office.)  No phones in the rooms, but there is a phone booth on the premises.

        Fully-equipped kitchens include range or range-top, refrigerator, dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans and microwaves.   (NOTE:  Cabin 15 does not have a microwave.)

        NOTE:  BRING KITCHEN LINENS AND BATH TOWELS.

        Kitchen and bath towels available for a small charge.

        DO NOT REMOVE BEDDING OR PILLOWS FROM ANY UNIT, FOR ANY REASON SUCH AS SUNBATHING.  

        Deposits are required for all reservations.

        Deposits are refundable only with 45 days advance notice of cancellation AND on reservations made earlier than 45 days prior to arrival date.

        Deposits are due immediately upon making reservations or upon receipt of Confirmation Notice.

        3-day minimum stay for holiday weekends including Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day.

        Additional people in units will be charged the following daily rates, over and above the daily base rate: 

    Adults--age 17  & over - 8.00       Youth--age 6-16 - $5.00       Under age 6 - $3.00    

        We reserve the right to limit the number of persons or pets per unit and/or refuse service.

        Pet charge……$2.00 per day per pet.

        Dogs must be kept on a short leash, kept quiet, cleaned up after and never left alone.

        Guests are responsible for any damage to the unit by pet or guests.

RV PARK INFORMATION AND POLICIES:

         NOTICE:  State Regulations require an “Airtight Connector” on all RV’s using a public septic system.   These connectors are available for purchase at the resort store.

        NOTICE:  State Regulations require a “Water Back-Flow Prevention Valve” on all RV’s using a public water system.  These valves are available for purchase at the resort store.

        NOTICE:  State Law requires RVs to be in place a minimum of 30 days to qualify for non-taxable monthly rates.

        No Monthly Rates on the waterfront from July 1- August 15.

        Campfires are allowed in established fire rings only—located primarily at waterfront and tent sites.  Bring your own firewood or purchase bundles at resort store. 

        Pet Charge:  $5.00 – This is a one time charge for the duration of your stay.  A penalty charge of $5.00 per day will be charged when the pet policies are not followed.

        Pet Policies: 

                -  All pets must be kept quiet, cleaned up after and never left alone.
